    When you write in, including the following usually saves a round trip:

    • Your order number, if the message concerns an existing order
    • The exact product name — many mini PCs differ only by processor suffix, so "Beelink SER9" is ambiguous where "Beelink SER9 Pro AMD Ryzen 7 H 255" is not
    • For a technical fault: what happens, when it started, and anything you have already tried
    • For a pre-purchase question: the workload, the operating system, and any hard constraints such as size, noise or power draw
