Description

The Beelink SEi14 AI is built for one job above all others: running local AI models on your own hardware. With up to 160 TOPS of dedicated NPU inference performance, 24GB of AI-specific memory, and OpenClaw pre-installed on Ubuntu, this is a mini PC aimed squarely at developers, researchers and privacy-conscious professionals who want to run LLMs and AI workloads locally instead of paying per-token to a cloud API.

Key Features

  • Intel® Core™ Ultra 9 185H Processor — 16 cores / 22 threads boosting up to 5.1GHz with 24MB of Intel Smart Cache — genuinely fast for everyday computing, compiling, and multitasking, on top of its AI credentials.
  • Up to 160 TOPS Dedicated AI Acceleration — A built-in NPU delivers serious local inference throughput, letting you run supported AI models directly on the device rather than relying on cloud compute.
  • 24GB Dedicated AI Memory — Separate from system RAM, this dedicated memory pool is purpose-built for loading and running local AI models, so inference workloads don’t compete with your operating system and applications for resources.
  • Intel® Arc™ Graphics (8 Xe-Cores) — A genuinely capable integrated GPU clocked at 2.35GHz, useful for GPU-accelerated AI tasks, media encoding and light creative work alongside the dedicated NPU.
  • 32GB DDR5 System Memory, Expandable to 96GB — Dual-channel DDR5 5600MHz keeps everyday applications responsive independent of your AI workload, with headroom to expand up to a generous 96GB for the most demanding multitasking.
  • OpenClaw Pre-Installed on Ubuntu — The software environment for supported local AI workflows is configured out of the box, so you can start experimenting with local models and agent frameworks without building the stack yourself.
  • MSC 2.0 Cooling with Vapor Chamber — A vapor chamber, silent fan and SSD heatsink are engineered to sustain performance during extended AI inference sessions, keeping thermals and noise under control during long-running workloads.

Why Choose the SEi14 AI for Local AI Work

Running AI models locally has gone from a niche hobby to a genuine practical choice — for data privacy, for cost control against per-token API pricing, and for the simple ability to work offline or air-gapped. The problem is that most consumer hardware wasn’t built with this in mind, forcing you to either accept slow CPU-only inference or spend workstation money on a discrete GPU setup. The SEi14 AI is Beelink’s answer: a dedicated NPU with genuinely high TOPS throughput and its own memory pool, purpose-built for this exact use case, in a compact desktop form factor.

Having OpenClaw pre-installed on Ubuntu matters more than it might sound. Getting a local AI development environment properly configured — drivers, runtimes, dependencies, frameworks — is often the single biggest barrier to actually getting started, and it’s exactly the step Beelink has already done for you here. That means less time troubleshooting environment issues and more time actually running and testing models.

This is the machine for developers building local-first AI tools, researchers who need to keep sensitive data off third-party servers, or anyone who’s tired of watching their API usage bill climb every month. The Core Ultra 9 185H underneath ensures it’s also a genuinely fast everyday computer when you’re not running inference workloads — you’re not sacrificing general performance to get serious AI capability in a desktop this size.

5 reviews for Beelink SEi14 AI Intel® Core™ Ultra 9 185H

  1. Beatrice H. –

Excellent machine overall. Had one hiccup where an OpenClaw update seemed to break the display driver after a reboot, had to reflash Ubuntu to fix it, but their support pointed me in the right direction quickly.

  2. Ravi C. –

The dedicated AI memory is a genuinely nice touch, I can run a local model and still use the machine normally without either task fighting for resources.

  3. Grace M. –

Fast for everyday work and handles AI inference tasks without any noticeable slowdown to the rest of the system, having separate AI memory from system RAM clearly makes a difference. Cooling keeps it quiet even under load.

  4. Freya L. –

Got this specifically to try running local models with OpenClaw and honestly the out-of-box experience impressed me, it was already configured on Ubuntu and running within minutes of first boot.

  5. Lucia M. –

Does what’s advertised and the 160 TOPS is real, but the fan noise under sustained inference workloads is noticeably more than I expected from the marketing about quiet cooling.
